One of the great things about having one of your children living in one of your favourite riding places is that you get to visit often.
This year we will be exploring the east & northern parts of the Netherlands, and the western part of Germany, riding for about 18 days, which means we will cover many kilometres and see more of these great countries.
The first few days are planned (and booked & paid for) and hopefully we will get on the plane on the date we are aiming for.
Arrive Amsterdam on early June, stay two nights to unpack and get organised for the ride & to see some of Amsterdam we missed before. We will then catch a train to Nijmegen as part of a plan to head to Düsseldorf where will spend a few days with daughter who will travel there by train, but we cannot go on the train with the bikes.
We will have a quick look around Nijmegen, then ride the 55kms to Venlo where we will spend the night. We will ride from Venlo to Düsseldorf to meet our daughter & partner. Then we have no real plans after that other than to get back to Amsterdam later in June, so stayed tuned to see where we get to.
